David oversees the day to day operations of WOWE. He provides consultation to Local Small Business Owners in an effort to get them to start thinking outside the box in reducing advertising costs using industry-proven strategies, while implementing the latest technology along with innovative Internet Marketing techniques. David teaches small Business Owners the importance of having a marketing strategy as opposed to just using marketing tools to attract customers.

The DETOUR program is designed to assist adolescents as they attempt to navigate through middle school, high school and all of the challenges that come with that process. It is a transition program with two distinct tracts; The Alternate Route is a diversion program and My Life is a prevention program.The Alternate Route program is a diversion program targeting juvenile offenders and those with behavioral health diagnosis between the ages of 13-17. This program offers mental health treatment; creative, innovative group interventions and family support systems.The “My life” series is another innovative tool used by the DETOUR program to address adolescents involved in risky behaviors (drug and alcohol use, bullies, teen pregnancy, STDS, delinquent behaviors, etc.) which we call “barriers to your success”. There is a year long mentoring program for those who want to participate as well as a video production component that teach students how to create Public Service Announcements where they can post on Youtube and share with their peers.
