I am a highly motivated individual that has spent the last 10 years of my life building my career. I have started at the bottom as a store man in Produkta Nissan and within a few months proved myself worthy to be promoted to parts admin. I was doing the parts admin for 3 months before I was given the opportunity to become a counter sales executive. Since then I moved to Volvo and I was the only parts salesman for both internal and external sales. Within Volvo I again proved myself by excelling to be salesman of the year and to be rated as one of the top 3 Volvo salesman in the country by Volvo SA. All this and more lead to my promotion to parts manager. I have done everything within my power to accumulate as much knowledge as possible as to how a parts department function and how every subsection work together to make for a successful parts department. I have a unique understanding of this as I have functioned in every role at some point in my 10 years in this career. I am a creative problem solver that looks for a solution to every problem. I have put in place a lot of new systems to streamline sales processes internally and also to maximize external sales. I have lots of experience that I can bring with me and I am an asset to any company that hires me. I am a fiercely loyal individual and will go to great lengths to make sure I deliver the best work I possibly can. I also have a very strong customer satisfaction focus and have had many witnesses over the years that have expressed great gratitude for the fact that I will always go above and beyond the call of duty to help a customer resolve any problem that they may face. My positive characteristics will be that I work well within a team and am able to lead well. I lead by example. I never expect someone else to do something that I am not willing to do myself. My entire approach to my work and how I was shaped during my motor industry experience is based on the statement that customer service is not a department but an attitude. I bring all my industry knowledge and will be able to teach what I have learned during the last 10 years to those in my team.
