During the 2021 season, I transferred technical issues to other colleagues, and I was heavily involved in acquiring sponsors and organizing our entire team. I knew that we had to significantly improve the quality of our organization in order to build such an advanced vehicle as the PGR-06 and compete at the highest level with other student teams in the series of international Formula Student competitions.• Setting the assumptions and goals of the project• Conducting team meetings• Obtaining funds for the implementation of the project• Coordinating the work of a team of engineers• Cooperation between the technical groups and the marketing group• Substantive support of team members• Evaluating progress and controlling deadlines• Risk analysis• Finance management• Contact with suppliers• Cooperation with subcontractors

After the reorganization of the team in August 2020, I took the position of technical team leader. In the 2020/2021 season, we started the project of the PGR-06 car, which was a huge revolution in the method of construction and complexity of the project. The main goal was to reduce weight.
