Manager Group Revenue Optimization
CurrentManage and execute plan to achieve annual group REVPAR and profit targets.Determine optimal group room rates for MGMRI via revenue/profitability analysis and implement.Facilitate joint meetings between Group Revenue Optimization and Sales to drive optimal group revenue and profit outcome for MGMRI. Collaborate with other Revenue Management team members to understand property-level performance outlook and coordinate group revenue strategy in conjunction with the overall property revenue strategy.Communicate group revenue strategy and group financial and operational performance to other corporate groups and property leadership.Achieve Key Performance Indicators: Average response time for leads (speed to market), conversion rate on all group quotes, and satisfaction scores/internal feedback.Manage post-event / backward-looking analysis to identify drivers of profitability and identify strategic opportunities for improvement.
