• Understand stakeholder (internal and external) needs and create a plan to execute their requests (Scrum and Kanban method)
• Work with the Architects and Engineers to build out stories and epics in Jira
• Prioritize backlog to align with the product roadmap & company goals

• Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure our initiatives and timelines match up if adding functionality that will impact other platforms/teams

• Manage the Canadian portfolio for card processing and Visa Direct, primary point of escalation

• Create overall ISO Policy and Procedure guidelines for the Underwriting, Risk, and Operations Departments – ensuring compliance with bank and card brand requirements
• Underwrite and approve/decline all incoming merchant applications – credit review, risk analysis, MCC assignment, previous processing review
• Supervise/Train Risk team, handle risk escalations
• Perform daily portfolio balancing, communicate with our third party processor (TSYS) to resolve any issues
• Provide internal & external daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Train Support staff on application preparation and underwriting requirements

Phoenix, Arizona Area

• Consult with current and future customers in establishing and planning system requirements for converting to the use of TSYS products and services
• Analyze business and customer needs and make recommendations to accomplish short and long term business objectives
• Simultaneously managed projects from new client implementations to existing client additions and modifications
• Ensure that adverse financial effects or legal ramifications with clients are mitigated
• Act as the primary functional point of contact with new clients during the initial implementation process
• Manage the long term relationships with clients ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction
