I began as a secretary to the Sales Director before moving on to become a PA to the Managing Director. As the company grew this role then evolved, to include wider HR functions. My role now, as HR Manager, is focused on managing all day-to-day HR issues, liaising with staff, managers and directors on a wide range of employee issues. I also supervise the HR Administrator.
