The program is designed to drive both efficiency and effectiveness to the overall operations of the regional office resulting in lower overall operational unit cost, and increase in capacity to execute the foundational functions: Recruiting, Launch, Vet Productivity and Community Engagement.Increased the effectiveness of field sales leaders and regional offices through application of the OE process. Consulting began with the Divisional Vice Presidents and then engaging the regional team to: align the regional office staff / structure, ensure core process implementation, and guide the leadership team to appropriately manager their time.
