Developed and implemented an operational effectiveness program specific to the needs of our organization. The program is designed to drive both efficiency and effectiveness to the overall operations of the regional office resulting in lower overall operational unit cost, and increase in capacity to execute the foundational functions of the regional office: Recruiting, Launch, Vet Productivity and Community Engagement. Increased the effectiveness of field sales leaders and regional offices through application of the organizational effectiveness cycle. Consulting began with the Divisional Vice Presidents and then engaging the regional team in the operational effectiveness process to: align the regional office staff / structure, ensure core process implementation, and guide the leadership team to appropriately manage their time.
