• Ensuing that SLAs are met and the correct equipment has been ordered for the engineer to undertake his work.
• Sourcing parts and issuing quotations to customers for repair works and new sales.

• Co-coordinating and managing the activities of the customer support team.
• Ensuring that customer needs are accurately reported to technical and maintenance managers to facilitate the effective drafting of customer contracts.
• Seeking new clients and extended services.
• Offering support to our customers by working to ensure their satisfaction and reflecting their views to my company.
