-Owns the client experience across the end to end onboarding process for new and renewing clients-Presents implementation plans, leads ongoing touch point meetings to review progress and risks-Surfaces, negotiates, and owns coordination of issue resolution of all items relative to implementation, process, plan design, and timing of deliverables-Partners closely with internal and external partners to obtain critical information necessary to accurately capture client intent with respect to benefit plan design and reporting set ups, including non-standard benefit submissions -Demonstrates strong communication skills conveying doability/benefit design impacts all while ensuring the project stays on track and that client performance guarantees are met-Creates and obtains client approval on account source documents such as the implementation project calendar/timeline, administrative summary, change requests, structure, benefit summaries, and SBCs-Attends and presents at finalist meetings representing the implementation process and expectations-Ensures technical experts are introduced to the client as appropriate and partners with internal matrix partners for timely and accurate implementations-Acts as the benefit expert assessing feasibility of requested plan designs, executing the client's plan interpretation, and Cigna's administrative capabilities-Coordinates with an internal matrix team of subject matter experts within Cigna to successfully carry out the overall implementation for the benefit builds, structure, eligibility, ID cards, billing, and banking, scheduling calls as needed to facilitate implementation of these critical areas

-Promote McGohan Brabender's image and culture of doing the right thing each and every time-Work closely with team members to provide stellar service and actively find solutions to client issues-Develop trust and interact closely with Plan Administrators by working with urgency, researching questions and providing accurate responses to inquiries-Build strong and effective relationships with carrier partners-Facilitate carrier calls, replacements and implementations-Conduct meetings and webinars for open enrollment to educate on employee benefits-Coordinate and communicate with the Financial Analytics Team and Account Manager to obtain quotes and renewal information -Manage the process of getting our client's employees medical applications completed in FormFire to submit for quotes from the carriers -Meet with clients to educate and provide website demonstrations of carrier online service capabilities and carrier wellness programs -Participate in renewal meetings with clients and address action items -Empowering Healthier Living (EHL)/wellness internal subject matter expert-Develop and create pre-renewal planning documents, benefit overviews, enrollment meeting materials and power points -Maintain online client files and keep current plan information updated in the Gen4 system

-Manage quote process, develop a quote for RFP from initial plan design and manual rate through proposal-Partner with Sales Rep/ Sales Support Consultant to help manage broker relationships-Ensure accuracy of final manual rate decisions for all field authority cases, applying appropriate underwriting risk rules communicating to Sales Rep/Sales Support Consultant any changes in final manual rate-Complete accurate and timely submission and smooth implementation of sold cases, in support of the acquisition process.-Ensure effective working relationships, clearly understand and appreciate the significance of the broker and internal Unum partner relationships, including underwriting and service-Ensure that there is effective support to the field office by acting as a full team member and providing critical support as needed to all phases of the sales and renewal process, including administrative support as appropriate
