Partnered across departments with both business and technology leaders to insure the technology and business projects within the program areas were aligned to business objectives and delivered to meet expectations. Lead communication efforts to senior leadership and governing bodies. Lead deployment efforts around determining the best approach for delivering a new process and technology to users across the globe. Responsible for program level views of on-going activities including status, budget, resources and key dependencies. Partnered with business leaders to develop technology roadmaps and strategic plans. The strategies incorporated identification of the current IT state and development of both an IT vision and the roadmap to attaining that vision. Outlined both near and long term initiatives with related costs of implementation. Identified needs for enhanced IT governance and outlined the specific benefits of IT controls.Financial Process Redesign – Focused on the improvement of financial processes for various organizations to incorporate leading practices, consolidation of efforts and realignment of business strategy. Diagnostic tools used to incorporate people, process and technology enablers when developing future processes. Activities included cost analyses surrounding the impact of continued operations at the status quo and future operations under the redesigned alternatives.

J.D. Edwards Implementations – Managed and led several J.D. Edwards implementations focused on the financials suite (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Cost and Fixed Assets). Involved in all aspects of the implementations including project management, application design, configuration and testing, conversion of both static and transactional data, training of end-users, roll-out planning for single and multiple sites and post go-live support. Incorporated into the implementations were activities related to organization structure design and standardization, process-to-system mapping, cross-site process standardization and integration of disparate systems.
