Current• The ability to anticipate needs, follow through on all details and tactfully handle sensitive situations; and uphold confidentiality.• Computer proficiency, including file storage and data management, specialized applications (Shipping applications, ProjectWise) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).• Well-honed office management skills, including hiring and supervising staff; scheduling, and event planning; administering records management systems; Coordinating facilities services and maintaining relationships and budgets.
