Provide mental health services to members who call in seeking assistance. This includes mental health questions, services, crises, and support.

Provide CTSS services to children and their families. Therefore, going into the homes/community and providing skills training or rehabilitative services to children, individuals, and families who have mental illness or emotional disturbances.

Developmental Trainee Sept. 2010- May 2011 , Behavioral Aide Oct 2010- May 2011, Mental Health Practitioner May 2011- Present Oversee the Fraser Autism Home Services from the Anoka site. This includes direction and coordination for the program. For direction, I provide supervison for a group made up of 3-8 staff. Therefore, I write treatment plan, write and proof read session notes/bills, write diagnostic reviews, attend client sessions bi-weekly, and run individual and group meetings to provide strategy ideas and additional tranings for staff. For coordination, I establish schedules, hold intake meeting with families, manage payroll for staff, and provide initial trainings for staff.

Provided in home ABA therapy for children with ASD. Traveled to the child’s home. Completed one to four hour shifts using the principals of applied behavioral analysis. Filled out monthly, weekly, and daily paperwork that recorded scores of the child’s programs, a detailed description of how the child preformed that day, and monthly gains that the child achieved.

Innovative Sound Coordinator April 2008-January 2010Managed a team of 7 employees. Provided leadership and foresight for the direction of the team. Ran weekly two-hour meetings. Ensured employees were completing assignments and communication was strong at all times. Also, I met and communicated with band/entertainment managers.
