Implements and trains users on our reporting and analytics solutions while growing capability in data knowledge and storytelling. Workforce Data Programs - enables the COE’s to build world class programs in partnership with the Advanced Analytics & Research team that support the HR organization through robust reporting solutions, program assessment, external benchmarks/trends and insightful analysis. Workforce Data Solutions - provides support for outstanding self-service reporting and analytical tools (such as Power BI). The goal is to connect data from various HR applications consistently and into one reporting tool to enable data exploration and decision making in a consumable and user-friendly way.

Created a HC monthly close process to ensure accurate data, and a data dictionary and FAQ for all reports available.• Served as data owner for People Reviews – managed all data collection, guidance document, led training sessions, slide creation, auditing final decks, and was online during meetings to ensure data questions were answered immediately to keep the leaders focused on the conversation. • Managed a reporting package for the CEO, creating efficiencies to publish online in a fraction of the time it took previously. • Launched ManagePointHR to all managers and HR for easy access to employee profiles, compensation and job history reports, and a catalog for standard HC reports.

• Managed a team of 5 people responsible for defining, creating and maintaining the management and Gaap P&Ls used for financial reporting purposes.
