I have over 20 years experience across the health and well-being sector, including work with special needs, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health, trauma intervention and end-of-life care.I am an accredited EFT and MetaTapping Practitioner and a member of EFT international.My work has included bringing EFT to the hospital mental health wards, recovery colleges and a women's domestic abuse support centre.I aim to support and empower people to make a significant positive difference in their lives using a variety of approaches, adapting to each individual's needs and preferences.In addition to my own work, i support with EFT training to help others achieve their practitioner accreditation. I am a passionate advocate for the most vulnerable in our society and aim to support others to achieve a positive and often enlightening outcome.
