I have fifteen years experience working with SAP. My duties have include analyzing general ledger accounts to verify accuracy of payroll and other accounts, checking payments to vendors in Accounts Payable, and entering journal entries for various month end duties. I am thoroughly familiar with SAP as well as SAPBW, Blackline and Trintech reconcilliation programs. I am at present the Sr. Finance Specialist; therefore,I work closely with the project and plant engineers to certify compliance with company policies and Sarbanes Oxley requirements when ordering materials and supplies through the Ariba system. I audit the purchase requests to insure competitive bidding is solicited where applicable, preferred suppliers are utilized, and proper authorization is applied. I am familiar with the procedures and responsible for capitalizing, disposing, and transferring assets.
