About Dawn Manney

My experience is ongoing. As the world has changed, so have my career goals to better fit my personal goals, interests and lifestyle.I served four years an Aviation Electronics Technician in the the United States Navy where I completed two deployments, developing my skillset and qualifications to become part of QA in my work center. From there earned my AS from Northwest Vista college and moved back home to Buffalo, NY after graduating. My first position after moving home was with Horizon Health Services, a fast paced position that allowed me to work more closely with some of our more vulnerable community. It was important to have empathy for my customers while ensuring efficient and accurate service, and I was able to update overflowing and outdated customer files to be properly processed to the main facility.Since COVID, my mission has been at home with my son, but I'm now ready to further my career. I'm currently working part-time with Amazon while studying to become a Data Analyst as I hope to further my education in Data Science.
