I am the owner and sole midwife at the Family Birth Center of Naples, in Naples, FL. I have been a licensed midwife for over 20 years, delivering over 1000 babies at home and at the birth center. I am a champion for natural birth and I support informed choice. With that in mind, my clients are educated during their care and encouraged to explore all options in order to make decisions that are right for them, individually. One of my goals is to increase community awareness so that all low-risk pregnant women know that the option for out-of-hospital birth is available for them. And not only is it an available option, but it is also a safe way for low-risk women to birth.
