Current• Responsible for negotiating with over 700 vendors across diverse product categories, marketing, brand management, public relations, advertising, content strategy, creative direction, and brand identity of multiple e-commerce sites.• Manages product lifecycle, develops and implements global sourcing strategies, and analyzes market/trends. • Works with all in-house departments and clients to develop the long term direction of all brands to enhance value and ensure consistency across multiple brands nationally and internationally while meeting company financial targets. • Executes the successful hiring and training of the national promotional event and field experience representatives for the national director development program responsible for onsite sales and promotions. • Represents company at professional conferences, trade shows, and community and national events.• Owns all ongoing and future initiatives in ideation, design, sourcing and procurement, and execution for multiple product categories representing varying industries.
