A Well-Fed World is a global food security, hunger relief, and climate advocacy organization advancing plant-based foods and farming to create a nourished and sustainable future for all.Working through our global grants and fiscal sponsorship programs, we financially strengthen and partner with highly effective, on-the-ground programs providing immediate food and farming assistance for people in their own communities. Since 2009, we have provided 3,000+ grants in 95 countries totally more than $15 million.We combine this direct local empowerment with institutional alliances to address root causes and create structural change within local and global food systems.Our research analysis provides nuance to the complex issues around the diet, hunger, and climate nexus. In particular, we focus on the ways in which the livestock sector is a top driver of climate destruction resulting in increased global food insecurity.Our practical, multi-level approach provides tools for meaningful change so that individuals, NGOs, and international institutions embrace the benefits of transitioning towards plant-based foods and farming.In brief, we:- provide funding and material assistance in the U.S. and globally.- analyze and interpret research to make the findings more accessible and persuasive.- network with global influencers to incorporate the benefits of plant-based solutions.
