Actively supported no less than 21% of HPE’s EPS based on changes in Supply Chain, foreign legislation, IT transformation, and company strategy. Tax Business Continuity (BCP) Lead for the organization.• Accountable for running the tax project PMO and tax IT PMO designed to maximize tax benefits.• Primary PM for entire body of work for various large-scale worldwide programs.• Led PM best practice forum and served as mentor for PMP and Lean Six Sigma methodology. Notable Contribution:• Led a Mexico legislation-driven project that saved HPE $50-75M. The project spanned four phases and impacted all regions, functions, and Supply Chain systems around the globe. Delivered on time and on budget with no leadership assistance.

Owned all aspects of the annual corporate resilience cycle for 6200 employees, $20 million revenue, 173 suppliers, and $18 billion in annual spend. In this cycle, the number of resilience assessments increased by 40%, and all audits received a “Best in Class” rating with an overall two-point increase in average improvement. • Accountable for all BCP meetings, sponsor reviews, face-to-face reviews, stakeholder management, onboarding of new team members, all deliverables, process improvements and metrics.• Central point of contact for all real incidents, emergency alerts, customer inquiries, corporate tool updates, and SharePoint artifacts, including extensive supplier dashboard.Notable Contributions: • Hosted the first ever integrated incident simulations with key external suppliers. The four workshops included 104 participants in the US, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and China with HPE, Foxconn, and Inventec. • I created and executed the “Playbook” by leading the Americas Crisis Order Redirection “war room” which moved ~30% of standalone orders out of Foxconn, Mexico, to other locations throughout the globe. Included participating physically in round-the-clock war room at Foxconn, Mexico, facility until the vendor stabilized.

As Chief of Staff, I facilitated and monitored all strategic tax evaluations and communications to ensure all critical topics were covered and tracked appropriately between Corporate Tax and Supply Chain. • Created all collateral for all internal business reviews and external content required for third-party auditors (Accenture, E&Y, PWC) • Liaison with IT counterparts to assess and track all IT needs. • Led high-risk, larger projects in parallel including the following:2017-18 Notable Contribution: Optimized Supply Chain Financial Architecture and Global Tax Model - Saved ~$365M: Completed this standard 12-month project in a 5-month period.• It impacted over 250 Suppliers, six different companies, 15 functions, and a team of over 300 members.• This program changed over 40 IT assets and impacted all regions of HPE. All was implemented with zero interruption to manufacturing and revenues. 2016 Notable Contribution: Converged Systems Strategy Support: To advance senior-level expertise, I was brought in to study the end-to-end value chain with the objective of finding improvements to reduce cycle time and improve customer satisfaction. I initiated and led a Six Sigma Black Belt that resulted in 75% improvement in cycle time and reduced order escalations from 50% to 10%. 2015 Notable Contribution: Divestiture Initiative – Business Transformation: From a tax perspective, after the organizational split from HP to HPI and HPE, HPE needed to increase its presence in Puerto Rico. I orchestrated and built-out a factory, a lab, helped hire 150 people, and built office space to accommodate the growth. • Assessed all changes that could impact the model and provided oversight to governance process, ensuring all collateral and communication were appropriate (i.e., organizational restructuring and role changes). The process included assessment, concept approval, and leading the implementation in accordance with necessary tax requirements.

• Product-focused strategic role around Storage go-to-market, sourcing, and Supply Chain definition strategy. Developed a method of sourcing, creating, and supplying new products. Collaborated with Supply Chain in developing sourcing strategies throughout the entire Supply Chain.• I ran six Lean projects using the Six Sigma methodology.

Provided America’s West Coast portfolio optimization by ensuring all programs and projects affiliated to the region were implemented on schedule and within budget.

Focus on onboarding new M&A portfolio to be factory integration enabled.• Led all aspects of the top strategic initiative that enabled 17 existing product families for factory solution enablement for worldwide fulfillment. This resulted in an additional $8 million in revenue and $12 million in revenue out of Singapore alone.
