The process included assessment, concept approval, and leading the implementation in accordance with necessary tax requirements.
• Product-focused strategic role around Storage go-to-market, sourcing, and Supply Chain definition strategy. Developed a method of sourcing, creating, and supplying new products. Collaborated with Supply Chain in developing sourcing strategies throughout the entire Supply Chain.• I ran six Lean projects using the Six Sigma methodology.
