Product Operations Manager
CurrentKey member of the Dayshape product team who has been instrumental in growing and developing the team from 6 to 12 people within a year. Main responsibilities include:- Driving the product roadmap process by aligning feature development with business strategy, translating it into actionable plans, and utilising customer insights to drive focus and priorities.- Design and facilitation of the Dayshape customer discovery programme, ensuring the voice of the customer is represented in product discussions. - Key product point of contact for other Dayshape teams include sales, support and customer success. - Product manager for the delivery of specific features as and when required.- Managing the product technology stack including introducing new tools, processes and procedures to both the product team and the wider organisation. - People management responsibilities including line management and development of product owners, technical authors, product data analysts and designers.
