National Account Manager
As the National Account Manager my primary responsibility was to manage and maintain the relationship with our biggest client, Elanco Animal Health as well as the management of the Sedona AG division overall which included responsibilities for approximately 50 employees. I performed Human Resource functions for the team to included recruiting, onboarding, performance management and development plans, training, performance reviews as well as benefits. My role also included the proposal and management of the budget, reviewing and increasing company engagement, designing a Career Path model and creating the culture for which the employees believe strongly defines who they are as a company. I had direct management of 12 sales representatives in various fields of animal health. Last, the role included marketing functions specific to the logo redesign and the updating of the company website.
