As an experienced healthcare administration professional, I have dedicated over two decades to enhancing patient registration services at OSU Wexner Medical Center. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Hospital Admitting Services, I lead a team of sixty-eight staff across ten locations, ensuring the seamless registration of over 44,000 patients monthly. My role involves strategic planning, human resource management, and acting as the primary liaison for medical system leadership.Throughout my career, I have consistently driven improvements in operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff development. From managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting the expansion of our Emergency Department, and establishing COVID-19 response initiatives, I have demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation.I am enthusiastic about creating a supportive and efficient environment for both patients and staff, and I thrive on the challenges of healthcare work.
