We ship thousands of units out daily on upwards of 160 truckloads at our 24/7 facility. I focus my team on accuracy and patience above all else, to avoid getting rattled and potentially making mistakes. This has led to a company-wide low error rate, while also boasting a 99.99% inventory accuracy rate.Now, let's talk about leadership. My approach is simple, yet profoundly effective.
