I am a hardworking professional with over 20 years’ experience in customer care and retail management. Of this 20 years have been with William Hill in London, where I have risen from the position of Customer Care Assistant to Business Performance Manager. I have been extremely successful in reaching or exceeding challenging sales and performance targets over the years. In this position I am responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant Gaming Acts and Licensing Policies, accountable for financial transactions, recruiting, training and management of team members, ensuring premium customer service by resolving complaints or proactively seeking feedback, and maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff. I am a skilled merchandiser, an expert in product details, and a clear and effective communicator when it comes to maximising customer satisfaction. My work experience in the past has covered a wide range of duties from brand promotion and enhancement, cash management to responsibility for equipment. I have the utmost respect for others as well as myself, always encouraging and supporting colleagues to ensure a positive workplace environment.
