Human Resources Manager Responsible for all aspects of the hiring process from pre-screening to on boarding. Responsible for overseeing and maintain the Stock Equity programs. Loading of stock option grants, daily stock transaction reporting and payroll entry for tax purposes. Maintain, load and communicate to payroll all of the Dividend Equivalent Rights (DERs) for vestings that occur throughout the year. Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) including open enrollments, stock purchases and indicative data. Oversee and maintain the 401(k) plan from the analysis of weekly files and preparing the funding to participant accounts, yearly audit, filing the 5500 and preparing and funding the match files. Ensure that all participant accounts are set up correctly and that compliance with IRS and DOL regulations are met. Oversee the Pension plan administration. Conduct the yearly audit and filing of the 5500. Ensure that all participant data is up to date. Administrator for the Talent and Development Program. Maintain the employee data in the Success Factors system, create reports and act as super admin for the site. Participate and prepare the yearly round table review to present all candidates to senior leadership. Schedule and oversee all volunteer activities for the corporate office.
