Dawn Tieman is currently supporting the Digital Enterprise Transformation as a Transformation Change Management (TCM) as a certified change management (CCMP) leader and dedicated CM Agile Release Train (ART) Liaison focusing on the people side of change! ERP is preparing Boeing for its second century as a global industrial leader by implementing integrated processes and systems across finance and supply chain. Dawn has been in various support and lead roles operating in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, focused on ERP Project Team Enablement (Learning) and Communications. Dawn joined the team after spending 10 years in Supplier Management as a Procurement Analyst. Dawn originally joined The Boeing Company in 2006 as an Accounts Payable specialist in SSG Payment Services. To stay involved in the Boeing community and network, Dawn attends various Boeing Resource Group (BRG) events. She is also the Vice-President and Treasurer for the Boeing St. Louis Leadership Association (BSLLA) and previously was the co-lead for the BSLLA Networking and Personal Development Committee. Outside of work Dawn enjoys camping, float trips, family activities and going to concerts. She participates in multiple volunteer activities and is engaged with her Church

Dawn joined the Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T) Supplier Management (SM) Systems and Tools Team in 2007 as a Procurement Analyst. Dawn’s primary duties were supporting an engineering requisitioning system as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), training all users on that system, maintaining system data/integrity, supporting upgrades and testing the requisitioning system, and also supported other systems used in SM. In this role Dawn also supported system integrations and sustainment activities while also supporting trouble ticket resolution reported by customers. This role allowed cross company support which fostered a broader knowledge of the total enterprise. Dawn also frequently supported LEAN teams and special focus groups to help tackle areas where opportunity for improvement exists.

** Initially assigned to mail desk, proactively initiated 1-on1 peer training to learn invoice processing, advancing to Accounts Payable Processing Specialist within three (3) months of being hired** Analyze purchase contracts terms and conditions to determine contract type ensuring validity of payments and compliance with Boeing Defense Systems (BDS) Supplier Management & Procurement manual** Participated in multiple “LEAN” teams to streamline processes and increase team performance** Provided excellent customer service via telephone and e-mail correspondences effectively communicating to both internal procurement agents and external customers.
