My responsibilities are to deliver on the job training to new and existing staff at all levels.Create and manage electronic and paper sae files. Deal with a high volume of telephone calls and email quires. Work on front of house reception, dealing with all incoming client, visitors, and callsInvestigate when court results are entered incorrectly which will include liaising with partner agencies

Record all meter readings, and provide these to various gas and electricity suppliers over the telephone. Analyse faulty meter readings from a spreadsheet and provide solutions to managers. Set up excel spreadsheets to record and link faults.

Undertake the duties of the office manager as and when necessary. Distribute high volumes of outgoing and incoming mail, providing reception/switchboard cover, printing out daily court lists, produce high quality documents. Arrange and supervise work experience placements and provide feedback to teachers. Carry out job evaluations and create new job descriptions.Order stationary within set budgets. Train new and existing members of staff. Enter court results and type orders up from court and distribute as necessary.
