Creating International and Domestic Mission Experiences for our 1,300 students. Managing partner relationships, networking, consulting.Building the Department by writing policy, procedure and systems. Creating documents. Tracking and allotting income into proper channels. Highly relational and managerial position. I not only sought out the opportunities for our Mission Trips, but built the relationships to make it happen, did all the administration and planning for the trips, marketed the opportunity to our students and built the teams out of those who applied to join us. I then traveled on all the tips with our teams or found another Welton Academy Staff Member who could lead the teams for me (in only a few instances, I needed to delegate this responsibility).

Leading the service team by example. Offering exceptional guest service in Fine Dining tradition. Helping with decoration of dining room and various out of dining room tasks (such as the flower orders for table decorations every week). Required excellent attention to detail, an acute ability to work within a team while leading it, interpersonal charisma and care, leadership skills, good knowledge of fine wine and food, and ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment.
