Responsibilities: Meeting with clients, brainstorming marketing concepts with in-house designers, obtaining print and production quotes, logo development and branding, print design including advertisements, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, corporate collateral, posters, books, packaging, and large format graphics; web design including banners and email blast campaigns; pre-flighting, troubleshooting, and repairing client files for press and digital printing, re-creating existing printed pieces in press ready digitally editable formats, creating mock-ups, scanning, color correction, typesetting, copywriting, proofreading, outputting and emailing proofs for customer approval, organizing and archiving files in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities: All aspects of print and web design including: meeting with clients, preparing proposals and contracts, project management, market research, concept development, print design and presentation, paper and color selection, obtaining print quotes, performing press checks, web site design and construction, directing photoshoots, supervising and directing 2 other designers, designing and implementing office forms and procedures, traffic management, participating in the decision making and planning involved in running a small business
