Once the meeting has taken place, I manage the student's file to make sure all documents have been processed, signed, uploaded, and filed within the appropriate deadlines. Several programs are involved in this process...Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, Google Workspace, Adobe PDF & Adobe Signature and a few other school related programs.
