I train the Burleson ISD staff in how to handle and prevent crisis and general student behaviors nonviolently.

I organize and maintain the permanent Special Education files of every Special Education student in the district and help oversee the districts Medicaid billing. I receive, inventory and distribute orders. I maintain the Special Education vehicles making sure they always have gas, oil, inspections and registration.

I help the students in their academic studies. I escort students into the general education classrooms and help with academic work in those classrooms. I assist the students with activities in PE, Art and Music. I play on the playground with them helping them swing or playing tag with them. I assist with toileting and general hygiene.
