Support national clients in defining and advancing DEI (diversity/equity/inclusion) and talent goals. Thrive with facilitation, session design, professional and executive coaching, building individual and organizational capacity and creating strong partnerships.Design and facilitate learning series (in-person and remote) for over 25 nonprofits and foundations (~1600 participants) across ~20 topic areas nationally to help foster diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces (e.g., psychological safety, racial identity development, interrupting microaggressions, gender equity at work, implicit bias, inclusive management practices, etc).Create and support the implementation of numerous strategic, multi-year DEI and Talent plans impacting thousands of employees nationally by collecting and analyzing data, leveraging cutting-edge research, engaging stakeholders, advising leaders, and bringing cross-functional teams together to create, refine and pressure-test strategic plans.Provide over 200 hours of 1:1 professional and executive coaching and advising to leaders across dozens of nonprofits, school districts and foundations (including Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, The Sobrato Organization, Napa Valley USD, KIPP) to advance equity initiatives, support change management and foster inclusive leadership.
