I enjoy providing support to our agents and brokers. I focus on helping them grow their individual and small employer health insurance business by offering online, phone and in person support, tools created to meet their needs, and training on the carriers available in the health insurance market.

I am a Sr. Account Manager for Small Employer and Individual Sales. I support are Agents, Brokers and members in understanding our health plans and the added benefits that come with them, implementing new groups, open enrollment meetings, renewals, and problem resolution on escalated issues.

As an Outreach Coordinator I would identify and evaluate community events and public relation opportunities then coordinate with other departments to plan and execute the events, sponsorships, tradeshows, benefit fairs, and health and wellness expos. I've presented at community events and meeting as well as radio and tv interviews.

As a Personal Plans Representative, I would answer phones to educate and assist customers with plans and applications, process applications and train as assist brokers with questions regarding our mutual customers. I also assisted in training other caregivers for this role.

I worked in the collections department for the student loan division at Discover Card. My responsibilities include placing and receiving calls with the intent to collect a debt. I process forbearance and deferment, & update customer information.

Patient billing services. Using the epic computer system, I help patients with billing needs questions and payments. I work toward resolving customer issues and complaints. Process payments. Verify and update customer insurance information.
