As a Senior Materials Engineer at Lockheed Martin, SME hypersonics. I have more than 15 years of experience in engineering research, product development, and testing of innovative thermal fluid systems. I am part of the Recognized Technical Talent (RTT) Program, a precursor to the prestigious LM Fellow designation, which recognizes and rewards my technical excellence and leadership. In my current role, I have supported Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) and Internal Research and Development (IRAD) Projects as part of ICBM Strategic Systems, Missile Weapon Systems, and USAF Minuteman III Weapon Systems and have done the following:• Led the development of the VTMS (Virtual Textile Morphology Suite) models of the 2D, 2.5D, and 3D woven carbon-carbon textile fabrics to predict material properties and strength. • Led the development of CRADA to establish formal working relationship with AFRL. Presented results in tech forum and generated interest across BAs. • Developed digital twins using model-based engineering techniques including RAVEN, COMPRO, VTMS, SEER, ModeFrontier, and CREO and trained crossfunctional team on modeling of woven composites. • Initiated and organized lunch and learn tech talk series to enhance corporate culture. Organized approximately 24 tech talks of 100+ people over the course of 2 years. Presented tech talk on Material Center Database - a centralized repository of materials and data. • Developed RAVEN thermal/cure model of optimized cure cycle for the ORION sandwich panel. Analyzed one and two hold cycles, and determined optimal parameters to reduce cure cycle time by 50%. • Successfully implemented changes, characterized, and tested ultra-high-temperature materials which resulted in improved material performance. • Led bi-weekly team meetings with suppliers to characterize mechanical properties of composite materials. Reviewed engineering part drawings and specifications to determine TRL and acceptance criteria. • Chaired Personal and Professional Development Committee for the Black Excellence Council (BEC) and Business Resource Groups (BRGs) on the Valley Forge campus. • Applied Agile project management using Confluence, Jira, and Windchill for Digital Transformation projects.
