• Involved in all aspects of a 9-year, $80 million dollar multi-phase redevelopment/entitlement of 590,000 sq ft Shopping Center. Project was ultimately sold and was largest Shopping Center transaction in the continental.
• Preparation and negotiation of Letters of Intent and Deal Memorandums. Negotiate tenant improvement Work Letters and Landlord required delivery requirements, including turn-key space delivery. Worked with architects.
• Responsible for lease, amendments, terminations and related agreements; abstracting and memorializing of terms. Full cycle lease administration.
• Prepared annual 3-year rolling operating, maintenance, capital and tenant improvement budgets, including anticipated 10-year capital expense outlays.
• Completion of Proforma and Lease Analysis. Monthly forecasting and quarterly reporting of all property operating income and expenses.
• Full cycle tenant relations; move-in, move-out, day to day interaction for high customer service satisfaction.
