Rfi Specialist
Current• Under general guidance, conducts review of documents created within the strategic proposal and development group in order to ensure proposal text complies with established best practices for proposal development and style guide for grammar, punctuation and use of charts, graphics and diagrams.• Consults with internal subject matter experts to establish project-specific content (therapeutic area, indication, client, systems, etc.), gather feedback and refine content of RFI (request for information) responses.• Analyzes clinical trials experience data across all therapeutic areas, using proprietary company tool.• Develops and gathers compelling, client-ready text, data and graphics that effectively address the client's requests and best positions the company as the top choice for project award.• Establishes best practices for other team members to follow and ensures ahigh-quality standard on documents built across the team through quality control checks.• Evaluates information and final deliverables to ensure responses meet client's request and follows up with contributors as needed.• Conducts informal peer training for new hires as requested.• Provides current headcount and turnover statistics at job group, department, and role levels, using custom-prepared reports with proprietary company tool.
