Working to a project brief and managing a team of internal and external stakeholders, I took CACHE Alumni from wireframe to launch and through an initial 'proof of concept' phase before leading a final digital transformation into a full association management ecosystem.

Supporting a caseload of 150 centres to deliver NCFE and CACHE branded qualifications, I acted as a single point of contact and relationship manager to a number of key accounts. Resolving issues, discussing pricing and offering support in high pressure situations were key duties.

Successfully providing free recruitment services to local employers and placing talent from a candidate pool eligible for support with getting into work. This role included serving all parts of the recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement and support.

Helping advisors to engage, support and develop their own caseload and monitoring system data to recognise where support could be targeted for best impact, I was responsible for supporting a team of Employment Advisors with a combined caseload of over 500 mandatory referrals.

Working with a caseload of people referred for support with finding, keeping or getting ready for work. My responsibilities included regular 1:1 coaching, group facilitation and referrals to health professionals alongside support for removing barriers such as housing problems or addiction.
