During this time frame I supported multiple client groups at the corporate office as well as client groups with 24 of our call centers nationwide. Being efficient to be able to influence and coach leaders and employees virtually was a key to success. My business partners and the HR teams were key to ensure these groups felt supported locally and by me. I supported Resource Planning, Quality Team, Service Partner Management Team, Web-Sales Team, Customer Delivery, and Tele-Sales, I learned more about the Customer Support and Sales part of the business.

I had increased responsibilities over my 9 years at the Bellingham WA Call Center. I was chosen for multiple projects which included recruitment and staffing support when launching other call centers across the nation, as well as on-boarding and training HR staff at those locations. Partnered with Operations Team and Site Leadership on organizational structure, employee relations, performance improvement plans, strategic management, and leadership development.
