With over 20 years of experience in the retail marketing and specialty leasing industry, I am a Director of Specialty Leasing and Advertising at CBL Properties, one of the largest owners and developers of malls and shopping centers in the US. I hold the Senior Certified Marketing Director and Specialty Leasing Designation credentials from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the global trade association of the retail real estate industry.My core competencies include business development, revenue generation, media integration, partnership negotiations, program development and implementation, strategic market planning, brand development, activation planning, event planning and marketing, and client relationship management.
