As program director, I have played a key role in the education aspect of Evolve Personal Health's newest health improvement initiative, Health Conscious App. Since our launch in March 2020, I ensure that all the features and content available on the website and mobile app are contributing to our mission and vision.

As a health and wellness coach, I partnered with motivated clients to support and educate them on ways to incorporate a healthier lifestyle so they could reach and maintain their health goals. I offered a variety of programs that focused on whole foods, food education and product labeling, simple cooking techniques, movement, finding balance, practicing mindfulness, and finding happiness. Sometimes, it was about choosing better foods, incorporating cooking healthier meals, losing weight, or consistently exercising; or clients were looking for self-confidence, empowerment, and a challenge. Whatever the goals may have been, I provided accountability, comprehensive knowledge, and recommendations to help others create a better version of themselves. I pride myself in my own personal successes as well as the successes of those I have worked with.

As an outsourced administrator for the Cornerstone OnDemand platform, I performed system administrator tasks both pre and post Go Live, advised on best practices, educated other system admins on system functionality, and worked with active and historical data. Essentially, my role was to provide the necessary administrative services to our clients either during the implementation process or after.

Quality Assurance-Ensured all products met specific standards before delivery to the client.-Required extensive knowledge of checklists and standards, attention to detail, and multitasking.Editing-Proofread and edited content before it proceeded in the next step of the development process.-Required scrutiny of all technical content in order to verify that it was grammatically correct and accurate. Sales-Participated in the cold calling marketing process in order to promote and educate potential clients on the PLC instructor led training.-Required phone skills, persistence, patience, and consulting.

Interacted with resort guests by providing quality service in the food and beverage department, which required extensive knowledge of resort policies and procedures. Facilitated in providing fine dining experiences, cocktail services, beverage cart services, and banquet events. Underwent yearly safety training in regards to safe handling practices, alcoholic beverage service, and golf cart safety.
