Over twenty years ago Winston was one of the first companies to develop and offer clients a consolidated billing platform which allows a company to offer their voluntary benefits over a single payroll deduction slot. Our software and experience set the foundation for outsourced benefits administration. Shortly after that we branded our own program called Voluntary Insurance Program which covers over 250,000 participants nationwide with a selection of over 13 different products with 40 leading insurance companies.Our goal is to build direct relationships with clients and become their advisor, enroller, and administrator.
