Throughout my career, I’ve occupied a variety of leadership roles where I have managed teams, handled internal and outsourced global payroll processing, documentation of payroll processes/procedures and continued to build and leverage an expert-level grasp of ADP’s suite of products, including Workforce Now (US & Canada), RUN, TeamPay, and iHCM along with other US & international vendors such as Rippling, Zenefits, Crowe, Cintra (fka UnaTerra) & Blueback Global. In each role, I have been a key resource in helping companies build the systems and processes needed for accurate payroll operations. CPP Certified and particularly strong in all aspects of multi-state US & international payroll processing, project management, employee benefits, and customer support. Deep payroll management and HRIS/HCM experience gained by implementing over 100 clients on HRIS systems and time keeping solutions. Practiced using advanced reporting tools and providing user training.- I clearly communicate goals with all stakeholders and keeping complex projects on track while maintaining compliance with Federal, state and local agencies.- I’ve built high-performance teams, serving as a ‘go-to’ resource for payroll solutions and developing / documenting payroll and implementation strategies using Salesforce.- My experience spans across the US, Canada, and EMEA and includes processing, tracking, and monitoring 250+ payroll accounts, including providing systems training.Simply put, I am passionate about creating and scaling payroll processes that position organizations for success + growth.
