Since 2014, I have been working as an HR consultant for a wide range of organisations, leading implementations and HR transformation programmes. Highlights from my role include:• Redcar and Cleveland Council: Implemented a new HR system for >10,000 employees, running training sessions for over 800 employees over a number of sessions and ultimately leading to a significant improvement in HR delivery • Agilisys: Led a new HR program for 40,000 employees, which supported substantial cost savings of >30% through delivery of process automation and subsequent increased efficiency • Renfrewshire Council: Managed a full HR system implementation from design workshops to live for various modules, including timelines, modelling, appraisal, training and competence

In this role, I managed the implementation of ResourceLink, including system design, process categorisation and the transition of >20,000 employees from three separate systems, simultaneously re-writing the absence and overtime module.Highlights from my role include:• Managed a team of 3 staff, supporting personal development and high ongoing performance• Led report simplification for tracking of productivity and staffing levels within retail network, which delivered an improvement in report-writing time from three weeks to half a day, through automation• Developed and built business objects reports to transfer employee information across to a new talent management system, which led to £15k of annual savings and enhanced performance

In this role I planned and implemented changes to the HR system structure following company-wide restructurings, ensuring that employees and management information reflected the current structure accurately.Highlights from my role include:• Managed issue resolution for the HR system, responding to internal problems and amending where appropriate• Led the design for TUI Travel HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, reporting dashboard and diversity reports• Implemented a new TUI recruitment system (i-Grasp), providing a full self-service solution for recruiting managers, ensuring information on new starters was transferred back into the wider HR system, avoiding duplication
