• Redcar and Cleveland Council: Implemented a new HR system for >10,000 employees, running training sessions for over 800 employees over a number of sessions and ultimately leading to a significant improvement in HR.
• Agilisys: Led a new HR program for 40,000 employees, which supported substantial cost savings of >30% through delivery of process automation and subsequent increased efficiency
• Renfrewshire Council: Managed a full HR system implementation from design workshops to live for various modules, including timelines, modelling, appraisal, training and competence

• During this role, I led HR implementation for clients, consulting on projects and working externally as a representative of Unit 4. I ran system implementation and project management across a number of public sector.

• In this role, I managed the implementation of ResourceLink, including system design, process categorisation and the transition of >20,000 employees from three separate systems, simultaneously re-writing the absence and.
• Managed a team of 3 staff, supporting personal development and high ongoing performance
• Led report simplification for tracking of productivity and staffing levels within retail network, which delivered an improvement in report-writing time from three weeks to half a day, through automation
• Developed and built business objects reports to transfer employee information across to a new talent management system, which led to £15k of annual savings and enhanced performance

• In this role I planned and implemented changes to the HR system structure following company-wide restructurings, ensuring that employees and management information reflected the current structure accurately.Highlights.
• Managed issue resolution for the HR system, responding to internal problems and amending where appropriate
• Led the design for TUI Travel HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, reporting dashboard and diversity reports
• Implemented a new TUI recruitment system (i-Grasp), providing a full self-service solution for recruiting managers, ensuring information on new starters was transferred back into the wider HR system, avoiding duplication
