Currently as a Project Administrator II my role includes working with our Design/Build Project Teams, both with our internal staff and also clients. I am also the Office Manager at our downtown Los Angeles office. My responsibilities include financial reporting, managing project budgets and scheduling deliverables for the company. In addition, I am also involved with the coordination of construction activities, specifically with field equipment and subcontractors, along with various tasks related to construction projects. I also work on procurement of new subcontractors and vendors, create work orders, purchase orders, and do monthly invoicing for various Projects in our company. I work closely with multiple Project Mangers on their Project financials and the administration of contracts and work orders, as well as, any coordination efforts that are necessary.

I worked as a Project Controls Coordinator for the LAX Automated People Mover (APM) Project. Our team consisted of Geotechnical engineers that created foundation design recommendations for the guideway, stations and piles for the construction of this airport tram. In my role I worked on the deliverables schedule, coordinated with staff during the geotechnical reports submittal process, worked closely with our Client's QC QA team and tracked monthly budgeting and financials for the Project.
