This involves market studies and valuation.GSA• Work under a Blanket Purchase Agreement, (BPA to personally assist in the acquisition of multiple appraisals around the country for large and complex parcels of land and improvements, keeping each subcontractor to a deadline to meet the government’s needs. • Research contracting opportunities build relationships with contracting officers. Write the responses to these opportunities and manage the bid process.
