As Director of People Operations and Engagement for one of the highest-rated professional services Firms in the mid-Atlantic region, I lead the Human Capital team which drives employee engagement. I direct a team which supports a growing Firm with over 300 employees and 35 partner level executives. In this dynamic, fast-paced business, each year brings new and different challenges which result in rich learning opportunities to provide tailored approaches for optimum results.
