I developed and delivered over 30 different keynotes, workshops, and webinars around a variety of leadership development, positive psychology, performance management, time management, talent management, customer engagement, workplace culture, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement topics. I presented on average 125 times per year for different conferences and events like the Women’s Business Summit, ISPA Conference, several state SHRM Chapter conferences, Regional ATD Conferences, etc. I facilitated strategic planning sessions as an external consultant for organizations to identify their vision, mission, values and goals. I coached over 100 managers, directors and executives on employee relations and engagement issues. I wrote several blog posts and newspaper articles on various talent management and leadership topics. I co-wrote a career transition workbook and created a workshop for leaders transitioning into new roles. I implemented a Learning Management System that helped track the trainings for hundreds of organizations. I utilized Camtasia to create online learning courses for companies. I created train-the-trainer programs for equipping team members to be excellent learning and development professionals. I utilized SalesForce as a CRM system to track clients and appointments. I partnered with organizations to conduct Human Resource consulting services such as visioning, culture/values creation, job description creation or updates, work flow analysis and policy/handbook review. I also coached individuals in such areas as work life integration, time management, strength development and communications. I created and implemented effective methods to evaluate and assess services, trainings and projects.
