*Set up, maintain, designed, tested, and implemented the Yardi BI reporting dashboards for our Property Management Operations team. In charge of all rent collection, fees, move out statements. Also coordinated with vendors for turns and paying property invoices. Leased apartments, handled residents, and assisted with beta testing and rolling out a new payment scanning process to the entire company. Received several awards while in the position, and was promoted to the Corporate office in September 2011.

Started as Leasing, promoted to APM in late 2003, then to PM in early 2006.
